What we collect

When you send the form on our Contact page, we receive what you type into it:

• Your name and your business name
• Your email address
• Your Instagram handle, if you give it
• The package you are interested in and how you want us to follow up
• Anything you write in the message box

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical details when a page is loaded, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, set up a consultation, prepare a quote, and keep a record of enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Who helps us run the site

A few services process information on our behalf or when your browser loads the site:

• Cloudflare hosts this website
• Web3Forms receives the contact form submissions and forwards them to our email
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google's servers
• Our email provider stores messages you send us

Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site.

If you choose a package before opening the contact form, the site saves that choice in your browser for a few minutes so the form can show it. It stays on your device.

We do not track you across other websites, so the site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@archvmedia.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you live in California, state law may give you additional rights over your personal information. We honor those requests and will not treat you differently for making one.

People in our photos and videos

Our portfolio shows real people and places. If you appear in an image or video on this site and want it taken down, email contact@archvmedia.com and we will remove it.

Children

This website is meant for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
